Our Technology Analyst Program helps recent graduates transition from college to corporate life. In a cohort of fellow graduates, you’ll participate in a 12-month curriculum that helps you launch your IT career and:

* Build your technical skills
* Develop your business understanding
* Enhance your personal brand
* Give back to the community

Love coding? We’re targeting dedicated developers, as well as developers with education in finance, data analysis and project management. Or, you could begin with a focus on information security, data analysis, infrastructure support, systems analysis and other IT areas. Build your network, contribute to our mission and learn as you grow in some of these areas and more:

* Innovate by implementing and experimenting with cutting-edge technologies, outside-of-the-box thinking, self-organization and diversity
* Collaborate across the company to optimize technology and move our business forward
* Think quickly in a crisis, collaborating with colleagues to identify and implement solutions
* Provide strong customer-service when responding to inbound technology requests from business partners and technology partners
* Partner with internal business users and teams to build cutting edge applications
* Use technologies like Hadoop and Informatica to enhance, visualize and transform our data into a real business asset
* Build models and analytics that run Freddie Mac, focusing on quantitative methods and systems we use in all aspects of our business

Qualifications

* Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, management information systems or a related discipline
* Exceptional quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
* High emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
* Organizational and time management skills
* Availability to begin full time employment in our June 2018 cohort
* Graduation no more than 18 months prior to start date
