Freddie Mac is looking for a forward-thinking Manager that is ready to advance the testing maturity in User Acceptance Testing in multiple areas, including driving continuous testing in a DevOps infrastructure, where appropriate. There is a vital role for strong testing leadership to drive teams through understanding of the mortgage market, the business processes and user acceptance testing through design, test automation and test case development. Having the expertise to consider the appropriateness of the projects to use a test-driven development methodology, behavior based test creation and model-based testing is vital.
Requirements include the following
Must be an experience, proven testing manager with strong business analyst expertise and more than 10 years of professional experience
Must be an expert in the following software lifecycle methodologies: SDLC, Agile and Dev/Ops.
Must have experience in Continuous Testing through Continuous Development and Continuous Integration.
Must have experience in Quality Assurance, Functional, Automation, GUI, Back-End, Data-Driven Performance, Stress, Load, and Regression Testing of web and client server based applications.
Critical Competencies include Project Management, Business Architecture, Eliciting and Capturing Business Requirements and User Acceptance testing.
